Obama City
Obama City is located in southwestern Fukui Prefecture, facing Wakasa Bay, a designated national park. The city is home to traditional crafts such as Wakasa lacquered chopsticks and Japanese heritage sites (Saba Kaido (mackerel road) and Kitamae Ship).

Sushi-Masa (すし政)
We make sushi using fresh fish caught in Wakasa Bay. We are especially proud of our grilled mackerel sushi, mackerel sushi, and small sea bream sparrow sushi, and we also put a lot of effort into our nigiri. Our sushi rice is made with "Koshihikari" rice produced in Fukui Prefecture and "rice vinegar" from a local tobacconist. We hope you will try our sushi.
