Fukui Salmon
Fukui Salmon" refers to trout salmon (rainbow trout) farmed in the waters of Fukui. In the Reinan area, trout are farmed in Mihama Town, Obama City, and Ooi Town, and are freshly cured and bled when landed, so they retain their flavor and have no odor.
