The Wakasa sea bream pickle bowl is the most popular dish in Umikara Shokudo's popular pickle bowl series. It comes with soup stock, so you can enjoy it as dashi chazuke on the way to the restaurant. Winner of the Special Jury Prize at Buyer's Room 2021. The lemonade base used for the lemonade is made from "Uchiura lemons" carefully grown in the Uchiura district of Takahama Town, and is available at UMIKARA Select. We recommend mixing it with water or carbonated water.
