Sauce katsudon, a representative of Fukui Prefecture's B gourmet cuisine / Tsuruga ramen, based on tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and chicken stock, a traditional taste that originated from a street stall in front of Tsuruga Station in the early 1950s, and at its peak there were more than a dozen stalls along the arcade on the main street.
