This ramen restaurant focuses on low-sodium, healthful products. The signature dish is "chicken soba", a soy sauce ramen with chicken broth made from chicken. The café-like atmosphere makes it easy to visit even for a single woman. We also recommend the Tsuruga Sea Bream Soba, which can be eaten even if you don't like fish!
Founded in 1979, we are a Chinese restaurant with deep roots in the local community. Our take-out fried chicken and gyoza are very popular, and we often receive orders for delivery.
Ikedaya Gon-chan has been in business for more than 31 years on Honmachi-dori Street, which was known as "Ramen Road" by truck drivers passing by on Route 8 before the Tsuruga Bypass was built, and continues to serve the same old style of yatai ramen.
Our original "Niji Ramen" boasts a rich tonkotsu (pork bone) soy sauce broth, and its sticky Hakata ultra-thin noodles are well mixed with the broth to create a deeply flavorful dish. The nostalgic "Chuka Soba" has a light flavor and is popular among both children and the elderly.
The "Koku Ramen" with plenty of back oil and the spicy "Aka Ramen" are the signature items on the menu. The "Koku Ramen" is filled with back oil, and the "Aka Ramen" is spicy and tangy.
Sea of Japan Sainami is located in "Nihonkai Sakana Machi". Its signature dish is "Tsuruga Sea Bream Ramen" with slices of Tsuruga sea bream, a specialty of Tsuruga Prefecture.
After operating a food cart for 12 years, we opened our own restaurant. We continue to pursue even more deliciousness based on the same soup that has remained unchanged since the establishment of the company.
The original Tsuruga Ramen, founded in the 1950s as a food stall in front of a train station, is now a nationally popular restaurant!
We offer a wide variety of miso and salt ramen, with a focus on tonkotsu shoyu ramen.
The only Jiro-inspired ramen in Tsuruga, "Ginjirou" is very popular! The restaurant offers many unique menu items, such as the gold award-winning "Ume Ramen" and "Nibotoro," which is a fish and pork doro-style ramen!
