Echizen Oroshi Soba, a specialty of Fukui Prefecture, is made from the finest ingredients. We use buckwheat flour produced in Fukui Prefecture and make it by hand every morning. Please enjoy the refreshing taste and spicy flavor of the home-grown spicy daikon radish on top.
