Wakasa guji's sushi is a must-try!
Over 700 grams of Wakasa's famous "Wakasa-guji" are used. In order for customers to taste the delicious "scales" that are a characteristic of guji, the whole scales are deep-fried in this "variant sushi". It is a rare type of sushi, but our customers are so pleased with the taste that it has become a specialty of our restaurant.
