Charcoal-grilled freshly processed eel + liver soup + your choice of aperitif

The eel is grilled over charcoal, so the outside is crispy and the meat is plump. The rice is purchased from local farmers and goes well with the sauce that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant. The dish comes with a liver soup, and fresh sashimi or tempura from the local waters can be ordered as a set. The eel and sashimi, in particular, have many non-local fans.
